Fiberglass Grating

AccessGrate™ pultruded grating is the workhorse of all FRP gratings. We stock it in standard sizes: 3 ft x 10 ft, or 4 ft x 10 ft. AccessGrate™ molded gratings are suitable for a wide range of corrosive environments and are available in standard sizes: 3ft x 10ft, 5ft x 10ft and 4ft x 12ft.  AccessGrate™ molded gratings deflect more than AccessGrate™ pultruded gratings, but because of their bidirectional molded structure, they are an economical choice in areas where a large number of penetrations through the grating is required for ducts and pipes.

FRP Safety Landings For Manholes

The engineers at Access Industrial have therefore developed maintenance free safety landings that are made out of FRP. Access Industrial FRP Safety Landings are available for 1200 mm, 1500 mm, and 1800 mm manholes. FRP Covers

Access Industrial designs and manufactures FRP covers for weather and odor protection. Our FRP covers cost significantly less than stainless steel, aluminum poured-in-place concrete covers. The corrosion resistance of FRP makes it a very suitable cover material for use at a wastewater treatment plant. All our FRP covers come in “kit form”. and are shipped flat to the job site. Joints between the panels and connectors are bolted and bonded during assembly. Other connections are available where removal of the panels is needed. We can include hatches and view ports wherever you need them. Covers can be, made fire-retardant for indoor applications. We equip our covers with UV inhibitors and a surface veil for enhanced UV and corrosion protection.

FRP Weirs and Scum Baffles

Weirs in water and in wastewater treatment plants are used to regulate the inflow of water into launders or troughs. They control inflow with their elevation. Weirs are available with rectangular and V- shaped notches. Both are used to regulate the flow rate.  Access Industrial makes weirs out of FRP. They are supplied as a kit.
